New Version of Meteonorm

Version 6.1 of the Swiss climate data generation system, Meteonorm, retailed in the UK by Zero-Carbon Solutions, has been published.


It includes two important changes:

  • the tool used to define sites on the map has been updated and improved
  • twenty-five new TMY3 data sets from the USA (NREL) have been included
  • as a new option 40 design reference years covering Switzerland have been made available ("sia Merkblatt 2028"). Customers interested in this option should contact Zero-Carbon Solutions for further information and prices.

The new version is available for download immediately. It will be available on CD later this month.
